The Puri Lukisan Museum is the oldest art museum in Bali which specialize in modern traditional Balinese paintings and wood carvings. The Museum Puri Lukisan is located on the main street of Ubud in the cultural heartland of Bali. The museum is 40 km from the airport. It has a large free parking lot at the entrance.

The museum is on a small hill in the center of Ubud. Its gardens and rice fields to the north and west offer breezes that make it cooler than the town streets below.
