In response to the recent development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to follow the latest advice and recommendation from the World Heart Organization (WHO) and the local government authorities in Indonesia we operate in.

We assured continue to manage our operational efficiency and ensure the safety of all guest and team members constraints related to our service will adjusted during this situation, and in the same time a guarantee that sanitary rules in force will be strictly respected. In this way, we hope the genuine of our hospitality to be expected will not be diminished in anyway.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we appreciated the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are in the front line working to contain this coronavirus. Health & Safety

The health and safety of our guests is top of mind for us and at our home. Our new commitment to clean initiative builds on long-standing cleanliness protocols and enhances the existing program with guidance developed in response to the pandemic, including recommendations related to deep cleaning, disinfecting, hygiene, and physical distancing best practices.

Over the next few weeks, guests may experience a growing variety of new and improved protocols, products and communications, some of which are already in place, to promote health and safety, including:

Temperature screening is conducted at our entrances, for guests and staff. Individuals with a temperature of 37.6°C and above will be denied access to the hotel.

Guests and employees with fever and respiratory symptoms such as cough and runny nose are denied entry and asked to seek medical advice immediately. The hotel has medical referral contacts readily available for guests and employees who are unwell.

Heightened cleaning protocols for high-traffic areas such as the front desk, fitness centers and pools, as well as other high-touch surfaces throughout the hotel, using hospital-grade disinfectant to combat the spread of COVID-19.

Furniture arrangements designed to encourage appropriate social distancing in accordance with CDC guidelines and relevant authorities for country-specific requirements, to ensure the actions we take are both comprehensive and suitable.

Housekeeping "on-demand" option that allows guests to request delivery of additional toiletries, towels, linens or coffee without having a housekeeper enter the room.

Event venues are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants prior to the arrival of guests, during coffee breaks and after the departure of guests.

The focus on cleanliness and sanitation is imperative to our daily operation and has always been a top priority for our properties. These additional measures will work to help ensure we continue to provide a safe environment for our guests.

Enhanced Flexibility

Whether you’re rethinking a planned trip or looking to book with confidence, we’re proud to announce an enhanced cancellation policy during this time. Greater flexibility means you can make the best decision for you and your family without worrying about fees or red tape.

For guests with existing individual reservations, including reservations with non-cancellable, pre-paid rates made directly with us, we will allow changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival as long as the change or cancellation is made for any future
