What is your cancellation policy?
Low Season Period
Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior arrival are charged one night charge
If any early checked out, the entire room nights reserved to be charged.
No Show, it would be charging full amounts as a No Show fee from the total room nights reserved.
High and Peak Season Period
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior arrival are charged one night charge
Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior arrival are charged full amount
If any early checked out, the entire room nights reserved to be charged.

What is the Check in and check out time?
Check-in time: 14:00 hrs
Check-out time: 12:00 hrs
How is day use policy of the Resort, check-in time, and check out time?
Day use until 18:00, 50% room charge will be applied, after 18:00 full charge will be applied
What is your children policy?
Free! All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding
Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots
All older children or adults are charged USD 15 per night per person for extra beds
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1
Any type of extra bed/cot or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel
Can I have airport pick up?
Yes, We provide airport pickup with additional charge. Please ask our reservation staff when you make a booking

Are your Hotel rates per room or per person?
The rates displayed are per room, not per person. As a general policy, Sri Ratih Cottages allow only 1 extra bed per room, unless otherwise specified. Extra bed will be changed for the 3rd person.
